(aka Spinning) is an endurance and cardiovascular training class ideal for any fitness level!  The small class size inside the building of ASAP at Covington provides an opportunity to encourage others while reforming your thighs, hamstrings, calves and abs.  Through motivating music you will not only build physical, but mental strength as well.
